What You'll Do Respond to after-hours hospice calls across the Twin Cities Metro. Assess urgent changes in patient condition and provide expert symptom management. Complete emergency hospice visits and implement comfort-focused nursing interventions. Educate and reassure patients, families, and caregivers during difficult moments. Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team. Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation. What You'll Bring Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license. Hospice experience preferred; experienced nurses from ER, ICU, oncology, home health, and palliative care are encouraged to apply. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills. Confidence working independently in unpredictable situations. Compassionate communication and a calm, reassuring presence.
