Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift assignment requiring at least 2 years of ICU experience and BLS/ACLS certification.

Job Details

• Work in a 24-bed Intensive Care Unit within a hospital setting,
• Care for complex medical, neuro, cardiac, GI, and renal patients, including sepsis, trauma, and surgical cases,
• Patient population excludes fresh open heart surgery cases,
• Patient ratio ranges from 1:1 to 1:3,
• Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15,
• 13-week contract assignment,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand,
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (must be AHA-issued),
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required,
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required,
• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start,
• Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start,
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address,

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing to a diverse and complex ICU patient population,
• COVID vaccination is not required,
• Radius rule applies and may affect pay rate eligibility for local candidates,
