Nurse Practitioner Part time

Job Description Korzen Health is working with Healogics in Jacksonville, TX to find a part time Certified Nurse Practitioner to add to their team. This position is 100% wound care. You will have a full-team in place from the initial start date. The Wound Care Center is an Academic Affiliated program. Scope of Practice Includes: Full Team- Case Manager, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow! Team will average around 15-20 patients per day. Facility has 2 rooms with a team of nurses and case manager EMR No Nights, No Call, No weekends. You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients. Opportunity for growth within leadership. Wound Care training is provided. Jacksonville (2 days) Base Salary with Bonus plan in place Part time benefits, 401k, PTO, CME allowances... Compensation is a mixture of Solid Base Salary & Quarterly Bonus.
