About the Position

The facility was founded in 1963 and has grown significantly since its inception. The hospital encompasses 177,000 square feet. The Emergency Department consists of 22 beds. Patient ratios are 4:1 for pod patients and 2:1 for critical patients, with a 6:1 ratio for fast track. The equipment includes an EHR system, specifically Cerner. Supervision within the department is provided by a designated supervisor. The patient population includes a diverse range, including trauma, STEMI, psychiatric, cardiac, gastrointestinal, stroke, and more. Candidates should possess resilience, teamwork orientation, and an easy-going personality. Preferred experience includes trauma and pediatrics. Scrubs of any color or print are acceptable attire, while non-scrubs, t-shirts, open-toe shoes, hoodies, and leggings are not permitted.
