Warehouse Manager Location: Ashar's Kitchen Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Saturday (6 Days per Week) Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience About Us Ashar's Kitchen is a family-owned Pakistani restaurant dedicated to serving authentic Pakistani cuisine with exceptional hospitality. We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, supplies, and distribution for multiple restaurant locations. Position Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing inventory, receiving deliveries, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring each Ashar's Kitchen location is fully stocked with the supplies needed for daily operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate inventory across multiple locations. Responsibilities Oversee inventory management for multiple Ashar's Kitchen locations. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine inventory counts. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed. Coordinate and transport supplies between restaurant locations. Place supply orders and work with vendors to maintain inventory levels. Keep the warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Collaborate with restaurant managers to ensure each location has the necessary products and supplies. Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory deliveries. Perform additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Basic computer skills; experience with inventory management systems is a plus. Must be fluent in both English and Urdu to effectively communicate with ownership, vendors, and team members. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between restaurant locations. Must be able to lift and carry at least 40 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving inventory throughout the day. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
