Develop specifications, design solutions, performs setup, configurations and testing of planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial consolidation systems including the development of custom forms, scripts and reports. Troubleshoots and resolves testing issues. Recommends application functionality and features that could be implemented. Create and manage service requests with application vendors to resolve existing application issues or functionality. Acts as a liaison between the Enterprise Application Services team and the Business users. Responsible for Functional and technical documentation.HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTEResearch, design, develop, test and implement new planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial consolidation applications and systems.Requirements Gathering – Leads meetings to determine business needs and documents them.Conducts Feasibility study of the requirementsResearch financial management, budgeting, planning and forecasting packaged application functionality and features that could be implemented to meet business requirements.Performs Fit/Gap AnalysisConfigure application software to deliver new or modified functionality.Develops functional and technical specifications, design solutions and create forms and scripts based on application module capabilitiesPerforms application support functions such as incident triage, research application bugs, respond to customer escalations, and other activities that lead to issue resolutionDevelops application extension solutions and resolves application issues..Acts as a liaison between the Enterprise Application Services team and the Business users.Prepare test plans and execute, lead and support user testing.Responsible for the resolution of production issues.Creates and manages service requests with application vendors to resolve application issues or functionality.Perform QA application testing.Modifies and enhances existing applications.Plans and/or monitors all the tasks and/or phases involved in successful delivery of application solution.Responsible for in-depth technical/functional knowledge of the application as well as business process knowledge of the groups using the application.Guides and mentors other resources as directed by leadership.Develop and maintain models and documentation necessary to describe intended standard functionalityPerforms installation, migration, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning and administration of financial/planning applications for enterprise clientsRequired to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.Other duties as assignedWHAT YOU’LL BRING Required Education, Experience, Certification/LicensureBachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering , Finance, or related fieldTypically 5-7 years of directly related experienceSubject matter expert one or more financial modules.Certification in planning, budgeting, forecasting or financial consolidation Applications – Large Packaged Software preferredBusiness Analysis Certification such as CBAP or CCBA preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)Good written and oral communication skills.Strong organizational or Project Management skillsRequires problem solving and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks required to maintain system functionality.Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex business processes and systems.Experience working on projects involving multiple application modules and integration with other systems.Experience working on complex projects delivered on time and error-free.Strong interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWorking knowledge of planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial consolidation /packaged application functionality and features.Has background that combines functional expertise, business management and technical skills with an understanding of information technology.Familiarity creating process documentation, training procedures, and standard operating procedures.Standard Microsoft Office skill set.Fluent in multiple application development languages to an expert level.Expertise in designing programs and applicationsAbility to quickly grasp concepts related to industry specific design/developmentPay Range: $102,175 - $136,200 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
