We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Remote or in office Insurance Sales Telemarketer to join our growing team. This is a full-time or part time work-from-home position focused on contacting prospective customers, identifying their insurance needs, and setting qualified appointments or helping generate new insurance sales.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls (500+ per day) to prospective insurance customers
• Speak with potential customers and identify their insurance needs
• Transfer calls to live agents within the system
• Schedule appointments for insurance agents
• Meet daily and weekly call and performance goals
• Work closely with the sales team to help convert leads into customers
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information

Requirements

• Work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch if required
• Your own reliable computer
• Your own headset
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection
• A quiet, professional workspace
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to use multiple applications and navigate customer information systems
