Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

Engage in a dynamic practice environment within an Emergency Department/Surgery setting. This role requires general urology procedures and offers the opportunity to work with a team of skilled surgery nurses and techs who are on call to support your efforts. The hospitalists will manage patient admissions, allowing you to focus on urology-specific consults and procedures.

Schedule and Assignment Details

Enjoy the predictability of a defined schedule with coverage needed from November 26 to November 30 and December 24 to December 28, from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m. This locum assignment requires 24-hour call coverage, with average callback hours ranging from 1 to 2 hours. Flexibility and availability during the scheduled periods are essential for successful placement.

Support and Work Environment

Join a supportive and collegial environment with access to EPIC EMR systems. The role does not require the urologist to handle patient admissions, as this responsibility is managed by hospitalists. Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Possession of a clean malpractice record is highly preferred.
• Availability at the time of name clearance is required.
• Case logs from the past two years are a submission requirement.
• Willingness to work with EPIC EMR is essential.
