Position: VAS Lead (Value Added Services) Compensation: $22-23.00/hour 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday (6am - 4:30pm) Exciting NEW Pay Incentives at RJW! Attendance Incentive - Up to $2400 bonus for good attendance. (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details) Referral Bonus - Up to $500 per referral (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details) Hiring Bonus - Up to $1000 (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details) Step increase program- Pay will increase by $.50 after 90 days and again after 180 days (Material Handlers Only) Certified/qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers will receive an additional $0.50 p.hr Certified/qualified Reach Truck drivers will receive an additional $1.00 p.hr RJW Logistics Group is HIRING! Ability to perform basic inventory control tasks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Supervising / leading of warehouse employees. Time keeping / temp roster Inventory checks. Cleaning of the warehouse.

JOB COMPLEXITY

* Good Communication, people skills with problem resolution. Management skills and to be able to manage employees. Keep a neat orderly and clean warehouse operation.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

* 2 years warehouse experience. Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience. Warehouse safety experience. Be able to lead a team of associates with minimal direction. Computer experience a must.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

* GED or H.S. Diploma College is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

* Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others. Regularly works in an indoor/warehouse environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift or kneel during the work day. Frequently required to talk, hear, and communicate to customers or other employees. Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
