Sales Operations Manager

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL area If you’re a sales operations professional who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and turning data into actionable insights, this is an opportunity to step into a high-impact position critical to how our sales organization operates and scales. What You Will Do Developing, documenting, and optimizing sales processes and operational workflows across multiple distribution channels. Managing day-to-day sales compensation administration, including commission tracking, payout validation, reporting, and operational analysis. Building and maintaining sales reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve visibility and support decision-making. Managing CRM systems and sales technology workflows, ensuring data integrity, reporting functionality, and process improvements. Supporting forecasting and business planning by analyzing trends, preparing insights, and contributing to leadership decision-making. Providing operational sales support, coordinating onboarding activities, and partnering with Compliance and carrier partners to ensure smooth execution. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, analytics, or related roles in a performance-driven environment. Experience managing reporting, CRM systems, or operational processes that support sales teams. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication. Experience in insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated sales environments is preferred.
