Life Enrichment Department PositionApply to join us in our Life Enrichment department as we continuously are working with residents in a positive and fun environment!Qualifications:Associates degree in recreational Therapy (Preferred)Passion for working with seniorsJob Duties and Responsibilities:Presents a program of Activities to meet the needs and interests of each Resident.Meets weekly or as scheduled with Life Enrichment Department staff to coordinate accountabilities of the department.Presents Activities as scheduled on the Activities Calendar.Creates an atmosphere of excitement & anticipation through Special Events programming.Provides "Active Listening" for Residents/Families directed at problem identification & solution.
