Within one of the world’s leading quantitative investment firms, our client is building a specialized AI/ML group from the ground up to develop new models, research tools and systems for systematic investing. Backed by the firm’s scale and resources, this small, elite team has the autonomy to move quickly and the opportunity to shape a major new investment in financial AI.

The team operates within a business that trades billions of dollars each day, with access to substantial data, compute and resources. It’s a rare chance to join a group where ambitious ideas can move quickly from experimentation toward real investment impact.

The group is hiring across two areas:

ML Engineers / Quantitative Developers bring strong computer science and engineering foundations. They build distributed systems, ML infrastructure and end-to-end architectures that help quantitative researchers experiment, develop and scale new tools.

Quantitative Researchers / Research Scientists focus on original modeling and theory. They develop new methods across machine learning, mathematics and optimization, exploring ideas that could give investment teams a meaningful edge.

Across both tracks, the opportunity offers significant ownership, close collaboration with top researchers and the resources to take on open-ended problems at scale. The team is growing as a core part of a major long-term investment in financial AI.
