Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse will provide long-term care nursing services for a 13-week travel assignment in Springfield, Ohio. The role supports residents' safety, comfort, and well-being while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The assignment offers competitive pay up to $1,400 per week and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to long-term care residents, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient status, treatments, and observations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Execute on-call duties, including responding to resident needs during rotating weekends and call shifts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Ohio RN License.
• BLS Certification.
• IV Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong Skilled Nursing Facility experience.
• Experience working with long-term care patients.
• Ability to work rotating 3-12 shift schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and rotating weekends.
