Job Description Job Description Accessibility Installation Tech Are you patient, dependable, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping others? Automation Personnel Services is hiring an Accessibility Installation Tech to assist with installing equipment that helps individuals maintain safety, comfort, and independence in their homes. This role is ideal for someone with a caring and professional attitude who is comfortable working around elderly individuals and people with mobility challenges or disabilities. We are looking for someone who is respectful, polished, compassionate, and willing to learn. Experience can be taught, but character matters most. Pay Rate $16.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Must be flexible to work later if needed Accessibility Installation Tech Duties and Responsibilities • Assist with installing accessibility equipment, including grab bars, ramps, handrails, railings, shower seats, and safety hardware • Work inside customers’ homes in a respectful and professional manner • Assist lead installers while learning installation methods and safety procedures • Use hand tools and materials on active job sites • Help create safe and accessible environments for customers and their families Accessibility Installation Tech Qualifications and Requirements • No experience required, full training provided • Patient, understanding, and compassionate personality • Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic • Willingness to learn and take direction • Professional and well-groomed appearance required • Comfortable with hands-on, physical work • Ability to lift moderate weight of around 75lbs • Reliable transportation required • Must be able to pass drug and background check.
