Client Support Representative - Part Time

We have the following shifts available: Mon-Fri from 11am-4pm Mon-Fri from 7pm-Midnight The hourly rate for this role is $16/hour. What you will do: Fulfill client orders and aid in support tickets Work directly with platform users in answering their questions and helping to resolve any issues Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone Ensure client satisfaction in every interaction What you will bring: Positive attitude and work ethic Friendly and personable disposition Tech-savvy and quick learner Problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus: Salesforce Microsoft Excel Google Suite Zendesk Why join Awardco?
