We currently have three opportunities for recent and soon-to-be graduates:

Account Representative

Fast-track into sales leadership — your production sets the pace. As the main point of contact for a partner funeral home, you'll guide families through important conversations and get regular coaching from a field manager who's mastered the role.

• Base salary + commission (approx. avg. $75,000–$95,000/year)

Remote Sales Specialist

Build a sales career on your schedule, from anywhere. Meet virtually with pre-qualified families set by our renowned inside sales representatives, help launch new sales programs, and get hands-on training using our time-tested script guidelines. With ongoing mentorship and team support, you’ll feel secure every step of the way speaking with families who are preplanning.

• Competitive salary + unlimited monthly bonuses — no ceiling
• 18 days PTO, 10 holidays, paid parental leave
• Orem, UT office hybrid work, or remote

Inside Sales Representative

Sell something that matters, on a schedule that fits your life. Connect with warm leads who've already raised their hand, schedule appointments, and learn alongside our Field Sales team — with real earning potential from your first paycheck.

• Flexible part-time schedule (20+ hrs/week)
• Competitive hourly pay + unlimited bonuses
• Half-day Fridays, with a path to full-time depending on performance

Requirements

What you'll bring:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications or similar track. Or, on track to receiving a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience — no sales or funeral industry background required!
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (we'll guide you through it!)
• Reliable transportation and interest in relocation (Account Rep) or reliable internet + home workspace (Remote Sales)
• Ability to commit 20+ hrs/week with daytime availability (Inside Sales)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check
