Responsibilities
- Build, test, and release complex, mission-critical full-stack applications for internal and external-facing software, serving as a technical lead.
- Design and implement frontend code and algorithms using ReactJS and Typescript.
- Design and implement backend code using AWS Services, Python, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Technical Product Management, UI/UX) to define application features.
- Use automation to reduce roadblocks and achieve deliverables.
- Ensure good software architecture practices are followed, actively contribute to code and design reviews, and perform unit testing to deliver high-quality software.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering, including technical leadership on complex projects.
- Preferred candidates will also have experience with automotive/vehicle/aerospace development of wire harnesses, electrical systems integration, and/or electronic hardware, or related technical program management (TPM) roles. We are looking for candidates who already understand what it takes to develop a complex electrical system and have ideas of their own on how to improve the process.
- Frontend Expertise: Deep expertise in ReactJS, HTML, CSS, MaterialUI, React Router, React Hooks, GraphQL, and REST.
- Backend Expertise: Expert-level backend development experience with Python, RESTful APIs, and strong proficiency with AWS services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
- DevOps: Proven experience driving and implementing DevOps practices, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
- BA in Engineering (Computer Science / Data Engineering / Data Science or equivalent practical experience
