Job Details: Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for residents to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions aimed at improving residents' functional abilities, independence, and quality of life. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families to ensure coordinated care. Document treatment progress, maintain accurate records, and comply with all regulatory and facility standards. Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of a diverse senior population. Skills and Qualifications: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Proven experience working with senior populations in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to resident care. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, assessments, and documentation standards. Flexibility to work a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts.
