Accounts Payable Associate - Recent College Graduates Welcome

Location: West Chester, Ohio Schedule: Monday-Friday, Typical Business Hours About the Opportunity We are seeking an AP Specialist to join a growing accounting team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry‑level candidate who is looking to build a career in accounting and gain hands‑on experience in Accounts Payable. While previous AP experience is a plus, it is not required . We are primarily looking for someone who is dependable, organized, motivated to learn, and has demonstrated longevity and commitment in previous roles . The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused while managing a high volume of work. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and process a high volume of supplier invoices. Process, sort, scan, and organize incoming mail and invoices. Review invoices and accurately assign appropriate job and general ledger cost codes. Learn and follow established invoice processing requirements. Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with resolving payment discrepancies. Review supplier statements and maintain accurate records. Work with project managers and suppliers to provide professional and responsive customer service. Assist with identifying opportunities to improve internal processes. Support ad hoc accounting projects and reporting requests. Maintain accurate and timely follow-up on outstanding items. What We're Looking For Entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply.
