Senior Electrical Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to take ownership of electrical design across a diverse portfolio of building projects, with a strong focus on healthcare facilities. You'll drive designs from early concept through construction, working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values quality and professional growth. What You’ll Do Lead electrical design on new construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects Design power distribution systems, including normal, emergency, and critical power Perform short circuit, selective coordination, and load calculations Guide lighting, branch power, and fire alarm design efforts Write specifications and perform QA/QC on project deliverables Mentor junior engineers and designers Represent the electrical discipline in client and project team meetings Support construction administration, including site visits and field investigations What We're Looking For 5–12 years of experience in electrical design for buildings Healthcare project experience strongly preferred PE license preferred — candidates with strong, relevant experience will also be considered Working knowledge of NEC and applicable codes and standards Clear communicator who works well across disciplines and with clients Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects Compensation $120,000–$175,000, based on experience and competitive with market rates.
