Job Description

• Design Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create personalized treatment strategies essential for their recovery journey
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to enhance motor function, cognitive skills, and daily living activities
• Partner with Diverse Professionals: Work collaboratively with fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure holistic care
• Guide Patients and Family: Teach patients and their loved ones effective therapy methods to support ongoing progress beyond the clinic
• Evaluate and Adapt: Monitor clinical achievements and modify treatments based on patient development to keep them on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement and support provided for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
