Program Manager (PeopleSoft / Oracle Stack)

Management of Oracle technology implementations, upgrades, customizations, and configurations, as well as operational management experience. Strong project management skills and proven record of project delivery on time and within budget. Strong problem solving ability with sound leadership and interpersonal skills. Experience successfully implementing Shared Services is strongly desired. Job Responsibilities / Project Tasks The role will assist Client’s IT Program Director for PeopleSoft in: Full life cycle management of the HR Shared Services Program; Management of all technology implementations and integrations Full compliance with Client Systems Life Cycle Management (LCM) process Documentation as required in support of the LCM process Leadership of a large technical delivery team Coordination with team leads managing other technical work streams Reporting project status and accomplishments to Management Coordinate with the Configuration and Change Manager Contribute to new processes and procedures, decision-making #J-18808-Ljbffr Zeal Systems Inc.
