Agency Overview Capital Camps & Retreat Center (CCRC), a non‑profit Jewish camping and retreat organization located in Rockville, MD, provides enriching summer overnight camp and year‑round retreat services to children, families, and organizations primarily from the Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia areas. The camp and retreat center are located in Waynesboro, PA. Position Overview Capital Camps is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Manager to foster inclusive and supportive environments where children and staff can thrive emotionally, socially, and physically. Responsibilities Pre‑Camp Responsibilities: collaborating with families, designing individualized support plans, reviewing camper/staff files, and leading pre‑camp staff training. In‑Camp Responsibilities: residing on‑site during summer, serving as primary point of contact for social, emotional, and mental health, supervising inclusion (Atzma’im) supports and Yoetzot staff, and collaborating with the Camp Director and medical team. Additional Information Summer worksite is in Waynesboro, PA; year‑round worksite is in North Bethesda, MD.
