Job Description Experience: Manager Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year Job Details Substantial experience as first-chair trial counsel in state and/or federal court A proven, portable book of business Strong client relationship management and business development track record Comfort operating in a senior, client-facing role from day one - this is not a role with layers of junior support between you and the client Massachusetts bar admission required What you'll bring to the table: The ability to originate and manage significant litigation matters independently A collaborative approach - working alongside other practice groups (real estate, municipal, corporate, environmental, regulatory) where matters intersect Interest in mentoring and developing junior talent as the practice grows A bit about us: We are a multi-disciplinary, human-scale law firm based in Boston. Several of our attorneys also carry significant appellate experience, having produced decisions of statewide and national significance. We frequently serve as local counsel for regional, national, and international firms with matters in Massachusetts courts.
