Quality Control Supervisor

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Supervisor to lead inspection activities, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves supervising inspectors, performing inspections, managing corrective actions, and collaborating cross-functionally, with strong potential for advancement into a managerial position.

Lead and support the inspection team to maintain accurate, consistent quality control processes

Perform hands-on inspections across incoming materials, in-process production, and final products

Prepare and review detailed inspection documentation, including First Article Inspection (FAI) reports

Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements while overseeing testing and documentation

Manage corrective and preventive actions by conducting root cause analysis and implementing improvements

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes

Hands-on quality professional with strong experience in manufacturing inspection and quality processes

Proven ability to lead or support small teams while actively participating in day-to-day operations

Solid knowledge of ISO standards and confidence working with technical documentation and drawings

Skilled in root cause analysis with a track record of implementing effective corrective actions

Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
