Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders and inquiries
• Taking phone and in-person orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing and assembling food items, including making pizzas
• Processing cash and card transactions with precision
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner
• Adhering to company policies and food safety standards
• Assisting with additional tasks as needed to support the team and business operations

Qualifications include:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Capability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
