What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical/surgical patients during night shifts
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
• Document patient information, symptoms, and care activities accurately
• Assess patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs and provide appropriate support
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions

What You Need

• Valid RN license in New Mexico or a recognized compact state
• BLS certification from AHA
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a medical/surgical setting
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently during night hours
• Flexibility to float across departments and work rotational weekend/on-call shifts
