Position Summary The Director of Operations is a strategic and hands, on leader responsible for aligning the company’s operational strategies with its mission, vision, and business objectives. This role oversees multiple departments to ensure efficient service delivery, seamless project execution, and strong client relationships. The Director of Operations serves as a key advisor to the CEO and a collaborative leader across all departments, helping to drive growth, operational excellence, and community impact. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Oversight Provide strategic oversight to the Business Administrator, Director of Business Development, Director of Field Operations, Project Manager, and Field Consultants. Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, quality assurance, and team accountability. Operations Management Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures to support sustainable growth. Monitor performance metrics, project timelines, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. Drive consistency and excellence in project delivery across all field operations. Project Execution Oversee coordination, staffing, and resource allocation across multiple client projects. Ensure quality, safety, compliance, and timeliness of all deliverables. Business Development & Client Relations Support the Director of Business Development in cultivating partnerships and identifying new market opportunities. Represent the company in high-level client and industry meetings as needed. Workforce Development & Community Impact Align operational strategies with the company’s commitment to serve underrepresented populations. Collaborate with workforce partners to ensure training and placement efforts are operationally supported.
