Deine Aufgaben Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der internationalen Export- und Sales-Aktivitäten Führung und Entwicklung des Export-Teams Direkter Bericht an die CSO Erschließung neuer Märkte und Ausbau bestehender Vertriebspartner Betreuung und Steuerung internationaler Agenturen und Importeure Analyse und Steuerung relevanter KPIs (Umsatz, AVQ, LUG, Margen) Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse Dein Profil Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Export/International Sales in der Fashion-Branche Sehr gutes Gespür für Mode, Trends und Märkte Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern und Märkten Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und KPI-Orientierung Strukturierte, unternehmerische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insb.
