Senior Product Manager, Growth & Engagement (Remote)

The Opportunity: Be a Sr. Product Manager on our Enterprise team, focused on member engagement and growth. Collaborate with top talent to design, test, and launch new features that drive user engagement. Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, design, etc.) to create a seamless user experience. Use data to identify opportunities to improve member journeys and measure the impact of your work. Lead the development of key features, from concept to implementation. You’re a great fit if you have: 5-7 years of product management experience (consumer-facing growth roles a plus). A proven track record of driving product adoption, engagement, and revenue growth. Strong data analysis and storytelling skills (connecting user needs to product features and metrics). Excellent communication and collaboration skills (across teams and all levels). Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making. A passion for BetterUp’s mission: helping people live with clarity, purpose, and passion.
