Senior Product Manager - Growth

Role Description

In the growth team, you'll build the payments platform for the next generation of startups. You'll help build the self-serve onboarding and platform experience that lets merchants integrate seamlessly and grow with us from seed to scale.

• Own growth as a product area: a coherent space made up of several related problems.
• Set the direction for that area, decide what gets solved and what deliberately does not.
• Own how success is measured.
• Report into our VP of Product and work day-to-day with a dedicated engineering team and design partner.
• Collaborate with GTM, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
• Embrace a remote-first and globally distributed work culture.
• Build it, own it, end to end.

What will you be doing?

• Owning the strategy and outcomes for your product area, translating company objectives into a multi-quarter plan.
• Resolving genuine ambiguity with evidence and judgment.
• Running discovery and an ongoing insight system for your area.
• Working closely with engineering on implementation, architecture, and long-term technical direction.
• Setting GTM direction for your area, including positioning and pricing input.
• Making sophisticated trade-offs across scope, quality, and timing.
• Raising the quality of product thinking around you through clear decision documentation.
• Acting as a credible product voice with senior internal stakeholders and directly with key merchants.

Qualifications

• A track record of owning a product area or substantial problem space end to end.
• Strong product judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
• Comfort working deeply with engineers on technical and architectural trade-offs.
• Evidence-led decision making using data, research, and merchant input.
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and align conflicting interests.

Requirements

• Experience in payments, fintech, or another complex, regulated or infrastructure domain (nice-to-have).
• Experience building or improving the systems and rituals a product team runs on (nice-to-have).
