Director of IT Asset Management: Strategy & Governance

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Director of IT Asset Management to establish vision and governance across SAM, HAM, and APM. You will partner with Infrastructure, Finance, Procurement, Cybersecurity, and Architecture to drive asset lifecycle excellence and regulatory alignment. You will define multi-year strategies, oversee enterprise governance, and lead a staff responsible for asset data, licensing, and portfolio optimization.
