Senior Sales Ambassador - Core Lab Diagnostics - Phoenix, AZ

Abbott seeks a Senior Sales Ambassador for Core Laboratory Diagnostics to manage existing customer accounts in Arizona and New Mexico. The role focuses on revenue growth, customer retention, and value expansion through account management and technical support in a remote, field-based position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary account contact for existing customers, building loyalty and achieving retention targets
• Develop and execute strategic account plans focusing on value expansion and economic profitability
• Perform assay integrations and provide technical laboratory support
• Conduct operational reviews with laboratory contacts and resolve customer issues
• Coordinate with Enterprise Account Managers on contract renewals and new solution implementations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus 2+ years relevant experience
• 5+ years experience with laboratory instrumentation, field service, or diagnostics technical support
• Technical product application and hardware support experience
• Customer interfacing and relationship management experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80%

Compensation: $78,000–$156,000 base
