Aerospace CNC Machinist: Setups & 3-5 Axis (Onsite WA)
RTCA
RTCA in Washington state seeks a CNC Machinist I-III to perform CNC setups on Mill/Lathe/Swiss, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specs. This full-time, onsite role is based in Fife or Sumner with swing or weekend shifts. You will work with Engineering and Quality teams to optimize processes, mentor junior machinists, and maintain a safe, organized work environment while contributing to aerospace manufacturing excellence.
