Korzen Health is actively searching for a seasoned Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to become part of our expanding outpatient behavioral health clinic in Birmingham/Valleydale.
This is a full-time, outpatient-only opportunity featuring a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule. Please note: Applicants must possess a minimum of one year of PMHNP experience within Alabama and hold an active DEA license at the time of onboarding.
Role Highlights- 100% outpatient, full-time psychiatry position
- Standard weekday schedule (Monday–Friday)
- Minimal on-call duty (roughly one weekend per month)

- Handle medication management and continuous mental health care
- Create customized behavioral health treatment plans
- Administer evidence-based outpatient psychiatric treatments
- Work in tandem with support staff and fellow providers to maximize patient success
- Keep clinical records accurate, timely, and fully compliant
- Take part in the shared weekend call rotation

- Outstanding teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
