Serve as a key liaison between employers, employees, and treating physicians to support safe and timely return-to-work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between employee, employer, and physician
• Manage medical release information and work status updates
• Ensure compliance with ADA, state, and client requirements
• Reduce time away from work and improve claim outcomes
• Track and measure results using established guidelines and procedures
