Compensation and Hours:

• Starting salary is $22.50 per hour + $0.50 per hour shift premium
• Potential to earn overtime
• Position will be 1st shift from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (TUE-SAT)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Tracks Training: Assures training is conducted in the approved branded fashion to maintain consistency in learning and development of trainees.
• Order Picking: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and reconciling any discrepancies. Researches outstanding issues and partners to find quick resolution.
• Team Collaboration: Partners with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives as well as reporting.

Qualifications That Make You the Perfect Fit!

• High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience preferred
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred
• Effective time management skills and attention to detail required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation required
• Advanced verbal & written skills required
