Radiology - Cath Lab Tech

Cath Lab Tech

This position requires a Cath Lab Tech to perform various invasive procedures in a Cath Lab setting. Candidates will be involved in procedures such as balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, and thrombectomy. Experience with left and right heart catheterization, rotablator, and EP lab procedures is preferred. The candidate will also assist with EKGs and perform hemodynamic monitoring. Daily procedures may range from 25 to 35 cases. The patient population will consist of adults and geriatrics. Candidates should be proficient in the use of EPIC and other related charting systems. Knowledge of cardiac interventions and adjunct therapies is essential. Understanding of coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, arrhythmias, and abnormal electrical function of the heart is necessary. Travelers may be floated as needed to other facilities. Flexibility during scheduling, particularly during COVID surges, is required.
