Responsibilities Follow instructions and complete daily tasks with guidance from your manager. Learn how to prepare and organize customer orders, including measuring and cutting materials. Assist with delivering products safely and carefully to customers and company locations. Help keep materials neat and organized (straightening, labeling, and maintaining displays). Support recycling and disposal efforts. Assist with building and property care such as lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal. Assist with general cleaning of the warehouse and showroom (sweeping, mopping, trash removal). Physical Expectations Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely (training will be provided). Some bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and moving materials required. Work Environment You’ll work both indoors (warehouse/showroom) and outdoors (property care, occasional customer deliveries). Qualifications Must be enrolled in a Wisconsin youth apprenticeship or school‑work program. Must be able to be physically present. Compensation $15 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
