About the Role

This is a telesales position based in Tucson, AZ , helping clients across multiple states.

We are looking for individuals who want more than just a job—they want to build a career helping people navigate Medicare with clarity and confidence .

This opportunity is ideal for non-licensed individuals who want to transition into the insurance industry while continuing their current job during the licensing process.

Important: You must obtain your insurance license before being hired .

Licensing Incentive Bonus

• Licensed in 2 weeks: $1,500 bonus
• Licensed in 3 weeks: $1,000 bonus
• More than 3 weeks: No bonus

Compensation

• $17.25/hour base pay
• Uncapped bonuses:
• • $100 per Medicare application (new client)
  • $50 per Medicare application (existing client)
  • $35 per ancillary product

Commission Earnings Examples

Your income scales with your effort and consistency:

Conservative Performer

• 10 new Medicare apps/week = $1,000
• 5 ancillary products/week = $175
• Weekly bonus: $1,175 (~$4,700/month) + hourly

Solid Performer

• 20 new Medicare apps/week = $2,000
• 10 ancillary products/week = $350
• Weekly bonus: $2,350 (~$9,400/month) + hourly

Top Performer

• 30 new Medicare apps/week = $3,000
• 15 ancillary products/week = $525
• Weekly bonus: $3,525 (~$14,000/month) + hourly

• Conduct telesales calls helping clients choose Medicare and health plans
• Understand client needs before recommending solutions
• Educate clients clearly and simply (no jargon, no pressure)
• Complete enrollments accurately and compliantly
• Provide ongoing support and build long-term client relationships

Work Environment & Growth Path

• After demonstrating performance and consistency:
• • Transition to hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 remote)
