Responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls, walk-ins, and email inquiries. Work with other team members to coordinate customer protection proposals and plans.
• Make outbound customer sales calls and return calls. Troubleshoot problems and inquiries. Communicate with prospects and customers, inbound/outbound, to educate, explain and encourage good insurance decisions for their homes, cars, toys, income, and lives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, research coverage questions, prepare customer proposals, makes sales presentations, interpret rules and guidelines, handle client communications.

Qualifications:

• Insurance or sales experience of any kind would be helpful. Many of our associates come from other backgrounds.
• Insurance licenses for property, casualty, life and health required upon application.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, & team collaboration.
• Strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, proficiency in Outlook, typing, phone skills, computer proficiency.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
