School Speech Language Pathologist - Roxbury, Massachusetts

A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certified with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide services during the Extended School Year (ESY) session. This position offers a focused, summer-term role supporting K-12 students.


Location: Roxbury, MA
Duration: July 6, 2025 - August 7, 2025
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6 hours per day (30 hours per week)


Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to assess and support student communication needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to specific student goals and requirements during ESY
• Maintain accurate documentation consistent with regulatory and district standards
• Adhere to established safety protocols and support a positive learning environment

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC certification
• Experience working in school-based settings, preferably with K-12 populations
• Ability to design and implement effective therapy plans for diverse communication disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and families
• Safe Care Certification preferred but not required
