Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Cambridge, Massachusetts

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Current SLP-CCC or CFY credentials
• Experience working in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings
• Proficiency with AAC devices and implementing augmentative communication strategies
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices as well as in-person interventions
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
• A dedication to supporting students with a range of speech and language challenges
• Ability to work effectively Monday through Friday, 6.5 hours per day

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families
• Documenting student progress and preparing required reports
• Integrating effective use of AAC devices into therapy and classroom settings
• Participating in IEP meetings as needed
