We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk to join our team.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance coverage and process claims
• Handle patient billing and payment processing
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Experience with credit card processing
• Strong front office and administrative skills
• Ability to prioritize patient scheduling and manage appointments

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with insurance billing and verification
• Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend software
• Knowledge of treatment planning processes
• Ability to handle patient care and ensure satisfaction

Salary and Benefits:

• $22-28 per hour based on experience
