Shalom Gardens Health and Rehab is looking for a dependable and personable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team and provide front desk coverage during evening and weekend hours .

As one of the first people our residents, families, visitors, and team members interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide light clerical and administrative support as needed.
• Assist visitors with questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Help maintain a secure, organized, and welcoming front desk.
• Communicate effectively with nursing, administrative, and other facility teams.
• Provide dependable evening and weekend front desk coverage .

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and positive demeanor.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work evenings and weekends .
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, healthcare, or senior care experience is a plus.
