Meet with clients through Zoom to discuss benefits options and enrollment needs.
Use Zoom confidently to schedule, host, and manage virtual appointments.
Explain benefit plans clearly and answer client questions in a professional manner.
Assist clients with completing enrollment applications and required documentation.
Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using Zoom and other computer applications.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
