Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough, patient-centered care.
• Educate and Empower: Instruct patients and their families on therapy techniques to sustain progress throughout their journey.
• Track Progress Effectively: Monitor clinical improvements and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery pathways.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education and additional certifications encouraged and supported

Licensure

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
