The successful Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of specialized heavy-duty equipment on-site underground. Any heavy equipment mechanic experience will be considered. Compensation $30.00 - $60.00/hour based on experience, incentives, profit share. Relocation assistance available on a case by case basis. Full Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Safety & Environmental Incentive plan. Profit Sharing averaging about $6-$8/hour. Service Truck provided for On‑Site work. Company Tools provided. Shift Schedule Rotating Days & Nights, overtime available. Key Qualifications 3 or more years of experience working on heavy equipment (drilling, earth-moving, construction, mining, agricultural, etc.) Excellent understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Proficiency troubleshooting issues and using diagnostic software. Experience with welding and fabrication. Valid driver's license with clean record. #J-18808-Ljbffr MasterTech
