TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210!

Job Title: Float Pool Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting License: Current state nursing license required Certifications: Current BCLS certification; ACLS preferred Must-Have: Proficient in IV start and telemetry monitoring Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:4-5 Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Description: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting. Flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity as needed. Availability for weekdays and some weekends, including holidays. Experience with electronic health records systems preferred. Responsibilities include managing various patient diagnoses and special procedures. Collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams is required. Strong foundation in managing critical patient care situations and adherence to protocols is essential. Travel experience is required, and candidates must comply with credentialing processes in a timely manner.
