About the Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of German speakers around the world? We're looking for experienced German-speaking voice actors and voice-over professionals to record high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech - helping build the next generation of intelligent voice systems.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. Your work will not involve voice cloning of any kind - just professional performance and expert evaluation that makes AI sound more human.

Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

Native or near-native fluency in German with strong command of pronunciation and natural speech patterns

Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and clearly articulated vocal performances across a range of styles and tones
Naturally detail-oriented when it comes to evaluating nuance in tone, pacing, and pronunciation
No AI or tech background required

Nice to Have

Experience evaluating or directing voice recordings in a professional or semi-professional capacity
Familiarity with audio production workflows or recording software
Awareness of regional German speech variations - Austrian, Swiss, or otherwise
Background in linguistics, communications, or performing arts
